Ernst & Young has a number of programs intended to help women and people of color advance, and remain invested in their careers. Moving the organization toward gender parity and increasing the number of women leaders are specific goals EY takes seriously and is supporting in a variety of ways, including sponsorship. Brigid Tabour, Principal, IT Advisory, Digital & Emerging Technology at EY, spoke at Interop 2018 and explained the company's sponsorship program, the difference between sponsorship and mentorship, and how you can find your own sponsor without a formal program.
